This is MY PHONE! It fell apart once I was told in Ironwood MI where I purchased it I had to buy a new phone. I went to Verizon in Duluth MN the manager sent it in had it fixed because they were having trouble with that particular type of phone. Now, 2 months later, the back is coming off again I have not dropped it or abused it in anyway. I am NOT going to buy a new phone or go back to Duluth MN I feel the company should stand behind their product do something about this defective phone! Delete
