Received a letter with no return address asking me to call 1-866-272-7990 from a Ali Crane, Vice President. Says he tried to contact me on several occasions and that I have qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets. No company name is mentioned but at the top is the work American with a logo, but it is not the American Airlines logo. Seems like a scam to me - why would anyone give me two airline tickets apparently worth $1,198.00 Delete
