    WEll jan 31 did come and gone and no papers or summons to appear in court. Usually these messages are very vague and dont go into details so I dont answer them due fraudulent companys. But today I received another message with more details with which and what accounts. The account they mentioned was for a unpaid balance with a BOA account I had maybe 3 yrs ago or longer. Now that I am aware of the situation I will contact them to see if we can work out a payment solution/plan. So far I called them and received a voice mail. I hope we can work something out resonable. But based on their messages I should of been sommends many a calls ago. I will update u guys, if anyone has any tips on what else I can do or not do I will graetly appreciate it. Thanks Delete
