I just got a call at 8am and I work nights! Caller Id indicates it is as youve all said, FOP ...maybe we need to start calling the Andover Ma, local barricks to get them to pay some attention to the nuisance this is causing so many. I would NEVER give to the organization after this.. Its been ongoing and Im so tired of all these spammers. Maybe, it is time to give up the landline and be done with such issues! Call the Andover MA State police.. if its not their organization per se, perhaps theyll care enough and have some method of getting the phone company to stop these calls. Delete

I received a call today from this number, and regularly -- up to several per week -- receive calls from similar numbers. Pretty certain that all of them are the MA fraternal order of police, per SLP below, which is a scam fund-raising organization that I figure public agencies are afraid to challenge. SLP reports giving once and being hounded. Ive never given and am being hounded. Thinking about dropping landline just because of all these garbage calls. I rarely actually answer, but sometimes I do, and a recorded male voice asks something like, Is the lady of the house home? Others have reported talking to a human, who turns abusive if they dont receive cooperation. If I were a Massachusetts police official, Id be ashamed that these folks are doing this. Delete
