this number calls my house asking for a person that does not and has never lived with me nor do i know and when you press the number to indicate that they have the wrong number you are put on hold to be transfered to a representative and then the line disconnects. if you press the button to speak to someone the recording says that all representatives are busy at this time and you have to call back later and are disconnected. they have called everyday for a week and every other day for the week before that. exactly the same experience as first comment (A WEB USER): same calls, same recording, and ive tried to follow the directions by the automated message and get cut off. i actually did get someone a few days ago who asked me for my # (they cant see it on their screen??), so i gave it to him and he said hed remove it. i didnt believe him, and guess what, they called back 3 days later. ugh.
