Have gotten multiple calls claiming that they are James Smith or Attorney Samuel Bishop (HEAVY ASIAN ACCENTS) and that I am being sued due to a Pay Day Loan that has not been paid back. They then threaten that the local police/sherriff is going to come arrest me, etc. I have filed a complaint with the FCC every time they make contact with me and the FCC is VERY aware of what this group is trying to do. In getting more information for the FCC complaint I tried to get an address so that I could mail them the money, and they refused to give one stating that I must buy a prepaid money pack and call them with all the Serial numbers so that they can get the funds. Today I asked Samuel Bishop where he was located and he stated 225 North 41st Street Springfield Oregon 97478. I Googled that address and found that it is a trailor park. Everyone who is bothered by these thieves should file a complaint with the FCC and/or any fraud prevention company. Delete
