Its a company out of Fresno, California called B amp; D Quality Water, or RainSoft. They are most likely calling to offer to set you up with a whole house water treatment system. Though they have a few complaints online, they do have an A+ BBB rating, and most of their complaints are based on their marketing tactics.They were very friendly and once I informed them they were calling a cell phone they immediately apologized and wished me a wonderful day.
