Totally agree with this comment:BEWARE!!!! Same thing offered to lower my interest rate on a card however when I asked which card they said they represent several companies- Bank of America, Chase, etc then he asked me to give him my credit card number when I declined he hung up. Tried to call back but line is busy. I asked them for a contact number and the company name so I could make sure it wasnt a scam and Johanna quickly told me it wasnt a scam b/c she wasnt asking for my social security number or pin and that all she needed was the last 8 digits of my master card number and she could give me a lower interest rate Ummm... not born yesterday!
