Millions Call

States someone has been using my social security number for suspicious activity and states I need to call them before legal action is taken against me.

And no text message from this number

WEll jan 31 did come and gone and no papers or summons to appear in court. Usually these messages are very vague and don't go into details so I don't answer them due fraudulent company's. But today I received another message with more details with which and what accounts. The account they mentioned was for a unpaid balance with a BOA account I had maybe 3 yrs ago or longer. Now that I am aware of the situation I will contact them to see if we can work out a payment solution/plan. So far I called them and received a voice mail. I hope we can work something out resonable. But based on their messages I should of been sommends many a calls ago. I will update u guys, if anyone has any tips on what else I can do or not do I will graetly appreciate it. Thanks

Called cell. No message left.

Said social security was closing my account for fraud in Texas
