I get calls daily at 8am (Mountain Time) from the 208-prefix numbers. If I answer, there is no one there, then disconnected. If I block, I get called the next day from a similar number.

Yes they call everyday, all the time. If you call back that number you can remove your number from the list. Takes 72 hours.
