this person calls and just talks bad things over the phone to start fights if they are girls, and if they are guys then she will try to get with them and she does not care if they are married or not.

Not always spam. I had called Priority Health and when they called back to confirm some information this number came up. Be advised that if you called them they may call back from this number.

Curious, so I answered, but there was no reply; then it disconnected even though the phone had not rung. Scammer.

Calls constantly yet no one is on line, does not leave message. When you return call it says the number is unallocated. Scam for sure.

They said it was an urgent call from "silence" to accept charges of $1.99 per minute or 99 cents... It was at that point that I hung up. They tried to call again a 2nd time, let it ring three times and hung up leaving no message.
