this caller keeps texting me even though i have called her and told her that she is texting the wrong personnumber. after notifing her of wrong number, she still called back and used vulgar language and proceeded to keep texting me.

Crazy Korean lady keeps calling and I tell her in Korean and English to stop calling

I got a call from this number this morning when I answered it, it said they had some important issues with my credit cards. It asked me to press one to speak with a 'live' person. I just hung up. I don't have any credit cards, so it go me curious. I called the number back and it said that it was not in service.

Person told me TOT technologies had been shut down, "out of business". The BBB had instructed them to refund money to persons that had used this company. Man asked to enter my computer to process refund. When I told him the BBB is an accreditation company supported by businesses and has NO legal authority on a federal, state or local level and ask him to explain, he hung up.
