Unknown name. caller stated her name was heather calling from account services to lower interest rates. automated call, press 1 to speak with a rep.  press 2 to be removed from list.  NEVER EVER press 2 to be taked off a list this only validates you and gives them permission to call you and gives permission for your information to be sold to other marketing firms.
