I was out of town and I got a call on my cell phone at 2:59 am from this number.  I called it back the next morning and the answering machine was very disturbing.  I do not know what this was about but I think it is some kind of business.  I don't appreciate this.

THIS was A COLLECTION AGENCY, MRS ASSOCIATES, located OUT OF NEW JERSEY. these people ARE making use of "LOCAL" telephone no.s (name states unidentified Name on person calling ID) TO TRICK ppl INTO picking up THE PHONE. dont answer when YOU dont know THE no.
