I got a tag with this number stuck on my door . Ive called twice and its and an answering system asks for the hand written case number (which is a cell phone extension). I left messages but no one has called me back. I googled ORC4749 its the Ohio revised code for private investigators. I think its a scam

317-451-5084 is a number with Discover Card.   They answered saying 'Discover Card'.  I think maybe for selling types of services for Discover Card.
