I recieved a threatening phone call. It comes up as a pay phone on the caller ID

RECEIVED UNSOLICITED PHONE CALL AT RESIDENCE. NAME ON DISPLAY WAS "FRANCIS TYLER."

I received the call from this number at 2:30 a.m. in Virgini ...

I have gotten 4 calls from this number the last few weeks, no message.

I believe someone hacked this phone number, I don't believe the owner of the number is aware of it. Our company has received several recorded "scripture" messages, from various phone numbers. Each recording is different, but it is the same narrator whom is reading off scripture from the Bible. It's more of a nuisance because it ties the line up from between 2 - 12 minutes.
