Telemarketing spam caller

Got two calls from what came up on Caller ID as a Restricted number. Two voice mails from two different people, Bill Reed (I think that was the name) and a Mr. Moran, left a callback number of 410.774.0139, but when I called it back I got a recorded message that the number was not in service. Both men did ask for me by name, but did not identify where they were calling from.

I answered the phone and heard automated message saying "this is Connor in a recorded line how are you?" and then the call was dropped.

Have had many calls from this same number in Virginia.
