person calling states hi subsequently speaks in a foriegn language subsequently puts the phone down & keeps on phoning all hours of the evening & day. the telephone no. appears however not available soon as attempting to ring back.

Keep getting unsolicited calls from this number. I am on the do not call list through the government. I stopped answering call long ago, they keep calling.
