Millions Call

ended up leaving a automated VM. this is Mediacom cable wanting to replace our cable modem with a new one.

This was probably a computer generated call. They called 10x in a row, and even after answering and hanging up (to no response on the other end), the phone continued to ring. 10 blank messages were received from this number.No number found when I googled it...looks like an Ontario, Canada, area code.

I have received numerous calls from this number over the past few days (approx. 5). The calls did not connect to an actual person until today. It was a home security company calling that claimed they got my number from an affiliate company that I had dealings with. I repeatedly told him I was not interested and wanted my name removed from their lists. He kept pursuing and demanding that I answer his questions on whether I own my home or not. I let him know that was none of their business and ask one more time they remove me from their lists. I eventually had to hang up on him. Since my phone is registered with Do Not Call and has been for years, I reported the number.

Got a text message from them today claiming best computer and IT services. Please report them to FCC, for unsolicted text messages. The folks behind this are not aware of spam laws!
