Unless you are a small business with a need for IT or telecom equipment - we would not be contacing you. Recently we've had people call our 800 number and ask to speak to someone in recovery. Planet One Networks does not have a recovery department. It seems that someone or some organization is fradulantley outpulsing our 888-306-0320 number.

2calls. Tried to return after first call thinking it was cable repairman. Only to hear mailbox was full. Right away came second call and I asked who they were trying to reach. That was greater with a threat about calling and get the F of his phone. To ehich I wished a merry christmas and good bye
