Some kid calling long-distance prank calls; he's really immature.

I said hello and a what sounded like a recorded voice immediately said 'I sorry, we have reached this number in error.'

Automated call. I answered on second ring, but after long silence voice said "sorry Verizon was unable to speak to you in person, so please call 866-877-8317", of course, I didn't.

in the last two weeks ive recived 40 rings by this no., ive pressed 1 for the option dont ring & we keep on getting calls.

This person is named Charlene, but I don't know who she is , the call goes straight to her voice mail.
