this number keeps calling my business but doesn't say anything when I answer the phone - I call it back and there's a recording that just repeats the phone number; no company name, etc.

This number is directly tied into 800 680 8554. Green Energy. Several reports to the FTC in connection with fraud. Consumer comments say it’s a scam.

Sends unwanted texts about CD's. So annoying!

gotcha how do i find out?
is there a free website that i can access information like licese plate umbers? make and model of vehicle with a biography or rather a summary of who that person is address and contact info?
