Millions Call

I had this number called me three times in the past month and they didn't leave me a voice mail or anything. I don't pick up unknown numbers until they leave some type of message for me. Other times, I would text this number but my texts don't go through. I'm guessing it's a household number.

got 2 missed calls from this number...tried calling the other person is not speaking when he attended the call

Well, i receive this call maybe 6 or 8 times, butthe problem is that is recurrent, if i pick up the phone i only hear beeps and just when i hang up the phone after a few seconds i receive the same call from the same number, weird uh?

Called and left no message

This appears to be a private nursing service with a male named Charles. He makes a appointment for services then doesn't show up. When you attempt to reach him, he hangs up or takes phone off hook. Very strange.
