Called my phone. No other information about this number or persons

'The Service Department of Medicare' is the message I get when I call this number back. It is an unwanted call and no one says anything when the line is picked up and nothing is said. I heard a keyboard clicking away in the background. They would not hang up until I sent the 'telezapper' sound over the line.
