FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

Unknown number keeps calling me. When I answer, it disconnects right away. When I try to return the call, it says the number is disconnected.

Wasn't home to take call, the caller ID says Out of Area and they left no message but called twice during a 15 minute period of time

Another Ohio Call on caller ID. Lots of calls to my landline from 459 427 followed by 4 random digits. I picked thus one up and it was a computer robocall selling something

I called them back, and no one answered. But you can do the option of hitting number 2 and this will take your phone number of their list.
