Robocall for sweepstakes/lottery winnings from 101 winner circle in Las Vegas. To claim they want a processing fee. Curious how this number lookup says it is from Burlington, NC

Unknown caller. Left no voicemail (04/11/18). I´ve gotten other bogus calls from Clatskanie, OR and will block this caller.

It´s actually a hidden phone number at Spectrum Cable company. It is an office up the food chain, having to do with billing disputes & complaints. It is hidden from reverse searches to keep corporate America´s cable conglomerate Charter Communications away from the public. They are the parent company of Bright House Networks and Spectrum Cable. All of this locations numbers are unavailable, making you deal with all the useless 222-xxxx numbers that refuse do help you.
