I got a voice mail from this number claiming to be from the Post Office. The person on the phone called me by my first name. I checked the number on the internet. I am not calling back.

sends text msgs late at evening & puts the phone down soon as we attempt to figure out who these people are.

Calls daily, never leaves VM.
