Calls repeatedly and sends out unwanted text messages.

Someone called from this # at 11:26 am .I could only hear what sounded like faint breathing.The strange thing is when I tried to check out the phone #,It is no longer in service.Don't know for sure but it seems to me that someone was able to use an' out-of-service' phone # to call me.

They keep calling the irs has a warrant for my arrest for tax fraud I told I was reporting them to the police

I received 4 nasty chain letter text from this number. One included girls having sex with animals, i was very upset. I text back and asked who it was, and to never send me messages again.
