Received 5 calls from area code 150 as follows: 585-3538, 585-5974, 585-8169, 585-9700 & 585-6624. Are these calls from scammers?

I got a message from this number today. The message keeps repeating, saying about the same thing. It starts out stating a number and then that this is important for (silence), this is an important message concering buisness you are currently conducting. Anytime Mon-Fri 7am-8pm pacific standard time. It repeats like 3 or 4 times. It also tells you can push number 9 to get your important message. I am not going to call them.
