so, who might be using the following phone number?

Asked for person in charge of 'merchant accounts'. Very vague when asked who he was. When challenged, only slightly less vague in telling me he was calling about changes in the law. Hearing this month after month, I was done with the conversation. Legit? If so, they sure handle it wrong!

somebody rings proclaiming to be with Bell-Solo Mobility offering a free Samsung Link phone.

I received several threatning calls from this number. They told me I took out an internet e-loan. No idea what that is, but they had my SS# and the number did come from a 030339747, which is international. I called 805-980-6057 which is the number they left me. The gentleman is foreign and hard to understand and VERY RUDE!!! He threatened my parents and me as well.
