Millions Call

rings none stop.

I have received 2 text messages from this number. The text uses my full name when is super creepy because I have no idea who is asking me my name and why?

The call started off with a message/robocall then a person came on the phone... The call started off as a robocall from a bank and credit card company. I kept asking questions they couldn't answer. They were trying to get my personal info. They kept telling me that they worked for Visa and Mastercard and were going to lower my interest rate for numerous c.cards. they then hung up on me out of the blue. When I called back a gentleman answered. I told him I was returning a call and he said I was lieing and i wasn't calling them back to use their services. Then he hung up on me. He then turned his phone off because I tried calling back numerous times.

I have receive 2 phone calls withing 20 minutes this morning from 561-674-9654.  Call ID just shows Boca Raton FL.  They leave no message and when I call the number it doesn't even ring - just sounds like an open line.  If they are a telemarketing company - they are not doing their job and whoever has contracted with them needs to quit paying them on a per call basis.
