Robocaller

This number calls my house 5+ times a day. It rings once and then hangs up. If I call the number back there is a recording to press 1 to opt out of future calls, but it does not identify WHO they are, and it doesn't matter if you press one or just hold, you get disconnected. I am starting to get paranoid that they are trying to hack into my internet access via the phone line ( I have ATT highspeed internet). I tried to block the last incoming number, but the block service tells me that this number is not eligible for blocking. I will be calling ATT in the morning to complain.

There was a partial voicemail saying something about "online site with medical care". The automated message must have started before voicemail started recording. No idea who this is.
