IT IS A PHONE COMPANY ( WITEL) THAT ADVERTISE ON THE INTERNET BUT IT IS A SCAM.THEIR SERVICES DONT WORK.SELL YOU A PHONE AND DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY..EVEN IF YOU ONLY HAD THE PHONE FOR ONE DAY.

i need to figure out who it is because they called me about someone

Collections agency; gentleman refused to identify himself or what he did until pressed. Obviously not very good at his job or he wouldn't be both cold-calling and so slow to explain why he was calling.
