I received a call from a woman stating she was calling from California Energy but from this phone number: 818-285-0233When asked what she wanted, she hung up rudely and abruptly. Didn't even try to sell me anything.If I call this number back, there is always a busy signal.

Lawyers dont call they just do it and onlyfor federal and State agencies
