FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

2/5/08 - My daughter just received a call from this number - said it was CDC (Center for Disease Control). She said it was a computerized call and hung up. She also received a voicemail message (number unknown)yesterday. The man did not speak very good English so it was hard to understand what he even said, but he had an 800 phone number to call back.We are on the DO NOT CALL list. Can they be reported?
