prank caller who acts like he's interested in what ever you have to offer but he's not. just hang up. it's a complete waste of your time to talk to him on the phone. he's called me over ten times. i though it had stopped. i had not heard from him in a few months and then he struck again today. ugh.

They actually left a message, but they don't say who they are! Here's the message left on my answering machine: 'Hello, this is pertaining to your current electric bill with ComEd. Due to a recent state government deregulation, you are now eligble to receive a discount on your electric bill. To find out which discount you are eligible for, press 5 to learn which you eligible for; press 5 to be transferred to one of our representatives.'
