Possible number spoofer or scammer no VM

They keep on calling offering me jobs and promotions

Keep getting phone calls from this dumb number. They're from a sports betting firm that tries to get you to make wagers through their company. Have asked them 100 times to take me off their list, but they won't, and they keep calling me. Next time, I will most likely pretend to be interested and get them to lead me through their whole spiel and waste 20 minutes of their time, and place an order for a bet, and when they get to the part where they ask for a credit card, I'll just say 'Don't call me ever again or I'll do this every time you call.'

They said they were from lowermyinsurance.com. I told them to remove my name and they proceeded to spew vulgarities at me until I hung up.

Recorded message from Ann about lowering interest rates, push one to talk to a human. They call every day, cell and home phones, they refuse to stop calling and merely hang up on me. They use multiple numbers and area codes 701 and 714.
