Claims to be the last chance to lower credit card interest rates.

This look and sounded like a automated system offering a $1500 'credit' extension dirctly to your bank account.  Was asked thru an automated form of questioning to press '9' if you wanted to opt-out of the call list. Then after '9' is pressed it asked to press '1' if you did not want to receive anymore calls.I did both.There were other stated details during the call that I ignored.

these people ring however no one speaks

They are trying to keep my fax land line. I am trying to send back a fax to let them know, and it does not pass. I will not do business with a company that has no control over their business communications. My caller ID says: leading system
