Called twice in a row. I did not pick up, but called back, twice. It immediately disconnected both times.

I suspect SPAM.

Asked if I could hear him okay and then went silent.

I've got a call from a German number +4917628384790, I didn't hear it so I called it back, but nobody talked. After 2 hours I saw that I was also charged for the call to USA. It was written that I called a number that I've never dialed +17086554415.

got the ring at 9:26 a. m. on twenty Aug 07. No voice on other side. soon after a few minutes just a 'click'.

We don't know the number & dont answer. It goes to the answering machine which comes up from some Detention center.
