Answered, a recording came on telling me I have paid my electric bill on time, and qualify for a discount. The same message also came from a different number.

we picked up the telephone by just the business name, we normally say our name. The person calling requested to talk to us by 1st name. requested his when 'I' is expecting his ring. he stated no, & we informed his 'I' is with a client & not available at the moment, & requested when he would just like to pass on a msg. he stated no, he would ring back. we requested his when he is phoning to offer 'me' a product or service, & he put the phone down.

Called. Left no message. No message = blocked

Somewhere in the message they mentioned Chase gave some number to type in when you called back. I did not call back and blocked 877-253-8964
