Umecessarly and repeating texting from this unknow person late in the evening.

This is another scammer. I screen several of these calls each week. Parker and Parker claims to be a law firm in Chicago. They are not. The indian caller could not tell me Parker's first name, he refused to tell me his street address. He threatened to call the police on me, I said "Please do." He hung up.    They are located in Asia and route their calls through local numbers. Obviously enough people are falling for the scam or they would go away. The State's Attorney is powerless because they are not in the US.
