Bank Fraud impersonating TD bank charges

Called me and knew my name and address and said he was looking for someone (gave name escapes me) at an address on the street wanting their phone number. Said he got my number off a list. I didn't think to ask what list.

The most weird person i have ever seen -.- dont call her she will stalk you until you answer

I have students loans and they are attempting to get payment. They are not the loan holder and I'm still in school and don't start repaying until I finish.
