FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

This number called my cell phone but I didn't hear it ring, so I *67 and dialed the number back and it said I could not call this number within my service area.very strange! It's amazing how many of these bogus numbers and all call and somehow never get in trouble or fined!

we got a ring with this no. looking for our ex-husband. we dont recognise exactly what this is about. Does anybody recognise exactly what these people are phoning about??

No Company Name but the caller said her name was Liz Morgan (?)    and had my    "paperwork" transferred over to her. She wanted me to call her back at 757-204-6338 before 5 pm eastern standard time.    This call is a scam because I received a similar message from another person yesterday 2/5/2013 from a Jackie Newman at 954-376-3689. Same message but    the Actors and Phone Number changed.     Keep a Journal on each SCAM - caller and phone number. DO NOT RESPOND JUST ERASE.
