called after 8pm, caller ID said Power Solutions. I answered and there was nobody there. I called back and it went to a cell phone voice mail.

calls twice a day leaves message that you can't hear or understand, just noise, then gone. block doesn't work on them for some reason?????????

Caller ID showed Canton Texas. The male caller stated he was with the Fraternal Order of Police asked for the business owner. When he was advised that the owner was not present, he then asked if I was allowed to make financial decisions for the business. When I advised him no, he said "no message" and hung up.
