They said they were from an "Energy Consortium", calling about our utility bill. Caller ID says National Energy. They aren't our provider and apparently ignore the Do Not Call list.

Just a stray number?

Just received a text message from this number asking about how to cook a chicken. I have no idea who this person is.

Says they are US grant dept.

Stolen number used by Indian call center to steal credit cards.

This no. rings us just like three times a day! we never ever reply this.

I m Italian woman this phone is used from a man called Michael Hirner or Frank Strait to make money fraud , please stop HIM ,he works from California, and Brazil Germany....

we have a sneaking suspicion this no. was for boa collections.
