FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

They keep asking me for money I am Eldery and I don’t have any

text msg saying my amazon package will be delivered and to click on link

I received 4 calls with no message. Then I received a message. She said her name was Valtima and that she was from Long Beach Memorial and that she needs my dads Insurance information. My dad has never even been to that hospital. I tried to call back and the call wouldn't go through but instead a message played that said the time allotted to make my call had expired and to hang up and try again.
