rang, is laughing & speaking in a asain accent. the person calling subsequently put the phone down & rang again. we picked up & informed 'em these people have the incorrect no. & we subsequently put the phone down

keeps on phoning & not stating a single thing . once we SMSed 'em these people do not sms back , I am attempting to figure out who this was

we had numerous rings with this no. also as 210-767-2644 & 210-767-2862 might be eyewitness news could provide detailed details & scare 'em off. when this were a collection agency, We are sure there would be a no. to ring 'em back as these people would want there money. Or atleast pass on a msg. No this was too fishy, strange etc.
