Got a call from this number, with the voice message starting with the person bleating my name. He had a strange accent and said he was the district manager for a company and had a question for me. Weird. Left a callback number.

I received the EXACT same message for a boat lift in KC.

I got a call from this # claiming to be Verizon.  I entered the number into a search engin and Verizon does not com up!  Message claimes that my address was  wrong according to the Post Office and asked me to call back with name and correct address.

we continued getting sms msgs with this no. soon as we rang the no. back we got the vm of some random business in Delaware.

Caller ID said 21st Century, but this may be spoofed. Phone call is in Spanish, having to do with debt counseling/credit recovery. It gives as a callback number 866-801-6147.BTW, spoofing is illegal under the Truth in Caller ID Act. Regulations do not seem to be implemented, meaning that they can get away with it for a little longer, but the Truth in Caller ID Act should be a powerful weapon against abusive debt collection and other abuses of the telephone.
