phone number and I am not interested

I get calls from this number but there is nobody on the phone?

Spam. Robo call. Spam.

Left a 12 sec no vm. Called back saod the number is not in service.

A user from Texas has reported 984 465 1056 to the FCC on 2020-07-16

They asked me my name and were very rude. They asked me if I knew a certain person, I forgot the name they said. I said I did not think so and the lady said either you do or you don’t, very rudeluy. So not recognizing the name I said no and she OK, and hung up. Very weird, just trying to figure out who it was.

They text and call no matter how much I block or tell them not too.
