Comes thru as Virginia number, but is actually someone in India, talking about "Coronavirus Relief", & wanting you to call back, to discuss your specific situation.

says it is for a drawing

ended up leaving msg asking for someone else. do not recognise who these people are or asking for.

this person is nothing to do, just send msgs to disturb others.

we needed to figure out the name or the address of the above mobile telephone owner. Thank you.
